Wallet Load

Wallet balances loaded through a payment gateway are eligible for a refund only if the full amount remains unused for 30 days from the date of transaction.

Duplicate Chargers

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will not be issued for transactions that have been partially or fully utilized within the 30-day period.
